The presented circuits provide three quadrature voltage signals with 90 phase difference. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency of both proposed quadrature oscillators are independently controllable. The bias current of DDCCTA can provide electronic tunability to the oscillation frequency. The use of only grounded capacitors and resistors makes the proposed oscillators attractive for integrated circuit implementation. Both of the proposed oscillators enjoy low active and passive sensitivities. H-Simulation program with integrated circuit emphasis (H-Spice) simulations using Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) 0.18 μm complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology process parameters are given to validate theoretical predictions.
